2.2 Membership Fee: TravelHack annual membership fee is charged only when you complete your first booking through our platform, not at the time of signup or after the trial period expires.
2.3 When Payment is Charged: Your membership fee will be automatically charged to your payment method when you confirm your first travel booking. If you do not make any bookings, you will not be charged the membership fee.
2.4 Refund Policy During Trial: If you are not satisfied with your membership within the first 14 days after making your first booking, you may request a full refund of your membership fee by contacting customer support.
Savings Promise
2.5 Savings Promise: If you do not save at least your $249 annual membership fee on bookings during your first membership year, we will refund the full $249 membership fee. Member savings of up to 60% are measured against publicly available retail rates for the same properties at the time of booking. Contact customer support to request your refund.
2.5.1 Cancellation after booking: If you cancel your membership after making a booking, your membership remains active until the end of the paid year and auto-renewal is switched off. No partial refunds apply in this case.
2.5.2 Savings Promise conditions: The full $249 refund under the Savings Promise applies when your tracked savings for the membership year are below $249 and you have completed a minimum of three bookings in that year. The minimum-booking condition prevents refund gaming on unused accounts.
2.5.3 HackCoins: HackCoins are promotional credit with no cash value, redeemable only within TravelHack, and expire or adjust when a qualifying booking or referral is cancelled or refunded.
2.6 Renewal: Membership automatically renews annually at the then-current membership rate unless canceled before the renewal date.
3. General Use of Website
3.1 Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
3.2 Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during any booking or registration process.
3.3 Prohibited Activities: You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.

5.3 Force Majeure: TravelHack is not responsible for failure or delays caused by acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, wars, or any events beyond our reasonable control.
